I bought thier product from Amazon and I connected with a mistake and caused shot circuit so it stopped working. And when I contacted Amazon they told that they can't replace the product because the return policy is over so I contacted the seller Aggarwal E-Vehicles. And they just told me to send the product to them and they replaced me the product with 2other parts I needed at free of cost. They should be the example of how a coustomer service of a company needs to be work.

I ordered for e Bike conversion Hut motor kit. I paid online and sent the details through whatsapp. Response on Whatsapp is excellent. The ordered kit dispatched on the 2nd day of order and reached me within 7 days from Luthiana to Tirupati (2850 KMs) Some extra items which are not shown oin the image also sent free of cost. Packing is excellent with bubbling paper, lamination covers and finally all the items kept in a wooden box covered with a jute bag. No damages were found in transit. Warranty was given through whatsapp. I am feeling happy to order the items directly to the company instead of Amazon or other online sales.

Purchased cycle conversion kit... timely delivery... comprehensive before and after sales support provided by Mr. Hemant Goyal... kit was provided just as described... components are easy to assemble as connections are clearly labelled... so far performance has been satisfactory!
